Stuttgart, April 2, 2025 – Designplus GmbH is positioning itself for the future with a new leadership team: As of April 2025, Sebastian Sickinger will take over as Managing Director, overseeing the agency's operations. Together with Peter Gross, founder and continuing Managing Partner, he will drive the strategic direction and further development of Designplus. Meike Finkelnburg, who has shaped the agency for over a decade, is stepping down as Managing Partner at her own request.
With this new leadership structure, Designplus is focusing on continuity and clear priorities. The future focus will be even more strongly placed on operational management and further market penetration. The agency, which specializes in physical brand and retail experiences, is optimally positioned: "We have built a strong organization over the past few years that is ready to go full throttle in a dynamic market environment," explains Peter Gross.
Sebastian Sickinger has been with Designplus since 2019 and most recently held overall responsibility for sales and the development of new client relationships at the Stuttgart-based agency as Account Lead and Head of New Business. Peter Gross emphasizes: "I am very pleased that in Sebastian, we have gained a sales-driven Managing Director to succeed Meike. With his consistent customer focus and his feel for retail trends, he is exactly the right person to purposefully further develop the business at Designplus."
