Where the hustle stays outside the glass
How do you create a window display in the middle of the pre-Christmas rush that invites calm instead of adding to the noise?
Idea
Simply Christmas: Pause instead of panic
For the fashion house Zinser, we are breaking with the usual, loud impulses of Christmas retail. Under the claim "Simply Christmas," we stage the conscious act of pausing, taking a breath, and making time for family as a central spatial experience. Instead of mirroring the hustle of the shopping street, we leave the chaos outside the glass and create a zone of warmth behind it.

Concept
Visual calm as an anchor for all communication
The foundation of the design is the interplay between visual calm and long-lasting relevance. The window display functions not only as a physical eye-catcher on-site but is designed as a visual anchor for all cross-media communication. A minimalist design language directs the gaze of passersby toward relatable scenes that make the feeling of family comfort tangible. Fewer stimuli, more room for emotion.

Realisation
Built for three years, not just one season
Our craftsmanship consistently prioritizes sustainability and durability to counter the trend of disposable seasonal decor. We developed a modular system designed for a fixed three-year lifespan. Because the entire construction is based on high-quality materials, it can be repurposed for different spaces and store layouts in the years to follow.
Less effort, more impact – across multiple seasons.
Impact
This minimalist approach demonstrates that holiday displays can achieve a significant impact with simple means. By focusing on longevity rather than short-lived seasonal decorations, the window display can be used effectively and cost-efficiently over several years.
